So long list of charges.... :D hmmmm... its not going to be that long.
The list of payables are written in buyer/seller agreement. Majority, you will be paying:
Basic Cost + Additional Cost + Service tax [on all the payments after Jul 2012] to the builder.
Registry charges to GDA
Legal charges includes lawyer's fee, to be paid to Mahagun [who in turn will pay to his lawyer].
Registry Admin charges from Mahagun.
Dual Meter charges to Mahagun
IFMS charges to Maintenance agency.
Regular/Advance maintenance charges.
Anybody please add, if I am missing anything.

Does anybody knows the likely month (2012/2013) of possession of Riddhi Block,likely month (2012/2013) when we will receive the letter for total charges (Offer of Possession) for Riddhi Block.
