Re: [Mahagunpuram] Regarding Possesion



Dear All!

If this is the situation of Phase-I, then what will happen to Phase-II? I have booked a flat in Kaveri (Phase-II). First they said the will give possession by September 2013, now it seems unlikely before 2016...or may be next life....lol...

puram project is already delay. YOUR WORDS ARE TRUE. THAT NO BUILDERS GIVE POSSESSION IN RIGHT TIME.

I live in Chiranjiv Vihar just behind to MAHAGUNPURAM.  and i had watched the every stage of construction the speed they had shown in last 4 months is appreciable.

Have visited the site some 10 dys back...looking at the development i don't see possession anytime in next quarter.


Let me tell you that for a builder,building the structures one over other is a easy task, also this is required to get the funds from banks for units on Construction link plan...however what requires actual effort and intention is to get furnishing , fixtures done in time..as they are time taking activities..


Although Mahagun has paid the charges as per penalty clause however the rentals has increased to many folds since 2009 and people staying on rent are facing problems.. ...


The builder is not showing any improvement in terms of timely delivery and trust me with this speed they may disappoint any and everybody who holds the unit in the project..

Also it is also pertinent to mention that what so ever be the market situation builder should be ready to deal with road blocks from govt or local changes, price rice etc etc as any which ways he never shares the profit with anyone of us for deals which go smooth and without hurdles......the delay is more of an intentional issue where builder is not intending to share his cash flows for an ongoing project nearing completion....

I urge you all to unite now and discuss the issue with builder or in case required send a legal notice as well as although Mahagun is a CAT A builder but the project is almost 1 yr delayed....forget about making exactly what was showed/promised to us in 2009.... this is no less than forgery and cheating....The builder cannot keep delaying project as per there convenience and pay pea nuts to escape the situation.


We have earned him crores of profit in the time when industry was going through recession in 2009,and there is no reason to suffer that cause...
