Last and Final Wake Up Call.
It is indeed beyond my comprehension that despite over 200 flat owners of Saraswati and sidhi having received the possession letters and running against time, still only around less than 10 of them have cared to respond and show any concern and involvement. This kind of apathy on their part, to their own cause, to say the least is extremely disheartening and discouraging.
I have given a great deal of thought to the developments and issues, which have largely emerged, consequent to the receipt of possession letters and our approach, and results thus far. It is there for everyone to see that our persistent well meaning efforts so far, have not solicited the kind of response and initiative which ought to have emerged. The numbers are stagnating at around 15 and are not growing at all. I have right from the very beginning maintained that larger and pro-active involvement of members , can only carry us through our concerns. I understand that very many members are residing in NCR, who should have had no problem in turning out in large numbers for a meeting. Is it that they are not aware of it—Looks very unlikely ????
I am of the firm opinion that it is a high time that members from Saraswati and Sidhi, who are running against time, come forward in large number and assume the lead at this crucial juncture and that too without further loss of time, before it is too late. Rest assure, we are always there to render rock solid active support in whatever manner required.
Further, I strongly advocate that we must submit a well written memorandum in coming few days, duly signed by large number of members, to Mahagun management and seek their written response, I must add that, since our concerns are so genuine, management in all probability should respond positively. However, after receipt of Mahagun response and its due examination, we should unanimously decide our further course of action, if required.
Lastly, I urge upon all of you to make all out efforts to reach out to as many members as possible, and that too with a sense of due urgency. We all are busy, but still don't we find time for everything, so why can't we find time for our common cause.
If I am willing to come all the way from 250 Kms for meeting, Why Can't Others???????
Please treat it as a Last and Final Wake Up Call from me.
Good Luck
