[Mahagunpuram] Last Date Confirmation for registry and other dues.

Hi All, Yesterday, I visited Mahagun office because of some discrepancy in the amount due at the time of possession. Nidhi confirmed that if we are going through builder for registry, we have to clear all dues and registry amount max by 15-Oct-12 (Monday) as they will take 15 days time for registry process and it is clearly mentioned in the possession letter. If we are going for registry by our own, we will have 15 days extra time for registry process i.e. 30-Oct-2012 but by this date registry formality should be completed. This is just for information.
