This is a valid point raised by Mr. Narendra.
I also went through my allotment letter. The point highlighted below [17 (d)] is pretty much there in the allotment letter. However, I still have some doubts about this in my mind.
Here is content of para 17 (d):
Singie Point Electric connection may be taken for the complex from UPPCL and will be distributed through separate meters to the allottee(s) through prepaid system Charges for installation of the pre-paid electric meter and distribution system will be paid by the allottee(s) which is included in Rs. 95 per sqft.
I would appreciate if someone could validate the same so that we can discuss with the builder on it.
