I have gone through every discussion & point of view of each member posted yet & finally reached to an opinion that we must for registry with the builder only for following simple reasons or observation :
1) Practically there is not much difference in what the price quoted by builder for registry or if we go to external support, even if we choose for external sources then there might be few things which are out of our vision as of now.
2) If we compare these charges with registry charges which are taken by projects near to mahagunpuram are also similar as in case with aashiana le residency.
3) I feel point we must focus is the liveable condition at mahagun campus at earliest/ safety/ basic amenities on priority.
This is my observation & opinion only not any conclusion from my side, though I won't mind to go with the unanimous decision by mahagunpuram resident team.
