Hi All,
I received scanned copy of possession letter today after several follow up with Mahagun members.
First of all, my big thanks to all the enthusiastic members who have continuously been providing valuable information and support to all the members who are the part of this part.
I do not have any idea how stamp duty is calculated but the same time I do have some knowledge how this is paid. My relative who recently got the possession in Crossings (Ankit Builder) paid the stamp duty only on the basic cost not on the circle rate. Moreover, EDC, meter charge, admin charge etc were excluded. My senior manager who two months back owned one flat in Indirapuram supported the same and said the same thing. These two evidences clearly show that Mahagun is somewhere wrong and it has nothing to do with this.
Calculation of maintenance charge is vague. Advance payment of the same together with the electric charge, water charge of the common and meter are is also in the same arena and have no justification from Mahagun despite our talk with them.On the top of this, nobody is picking the phone and ready to clarify our queries.
I know it is not making any sense writing this blog as the same is still in discussion phaze and no outcome has come yet.
We must consider the pros and cons if we hire external lawyer. Mahagun will give big headache as it will be deprived of the benefit which it is aiming to have through this unfair means. They will certainly delay the process, will not send any witness or may skip saying tomorrow...or no well or some excuses.
My idea is to have another talk with Mahagun again after surveying whole circle and gathering information which we can use as evidence against them.
I am in Bangalore and my decision is solely based on what you all suggest and guide to me. I have not applied even for leave because we all are still in doldrum. I would request all of you to help me for smooth registration and possession related work.
Thanks
Bharat
