This is very true that builders are giving possession letters even before receiving the NOC from Gov bodies, and I suspect the same in case of Mahagunpuram. After our meeting with Nidhi on Saturday I met another Mahagunpuram member Mr. Gaurav, he said that he does not believe that Mahagun has received the NOC letters from different civic bodies and for that he gave a written application to Mahagun to produce the NOC letters for Mahagunpuram project. Currently Gaurav is not part of this forum but I requested him to join this so that we can fight together and at the same time I have noted down his contact number for further communications. I'll post the updates once Gaurav gets any update from mahagun officials about NOC letters. Thanks, Sunil 971-186-1027
