Regarding 20K, A common maintenance demand for builder..I don't see any hope...So I need everyones sugestions on it, How strategically it can be negotiated with builder , As per our last discussion we had on it with Nidhi, was not so fruitful as expected. We need everyones suggestion on it. if something can be done to get rid of it.
I have gone through your mail in detail and can see another catch22 satuation regarding Mahaguns' person having power of attorney with witnesses to reach at Registrar Office. How it can be done, In worst case, if Mahagun didn't to send their executives at designated place and time as per our need. I will try to get the answer on it from Sachin/Nidhi in coming weekdays.
Meanwhile, I'd request if anyone get a chnace to have a word with Nidhi, please discuss with her , how easy it is for them to
send their executive and witnesses to Registar office...per our need. if we don't want to pay legal charges to Mahagun...
This my personal suggestion, Please have a word with Mr R.K.Gaur( Mob. 9311506463), Kakar Ji is already in touch with "Gaur Ji" and the kind of informations Kakar Ji has provided after discussing with him is really a big hope for everyone.
I would definitly going to have word with Gaur Ji for his help in my flat registry..onlything which is stopping me is Vidhi Flats Posessions letter. which is expected in Nov'12
