I have one query from Kakar's Ji mail wherein Mahagun has to provide one of his executive and witnesses.Suppose, if don't go with Mahagun for flat registration are they still going to provide their all support without any charge. I don'ty think so..If they agree to provide their full support I think we all can think over this deal as well.
Request you please discuss this concern with your Advocate and see how builder can provide their services (Executive and witnesses) without any service charge. I think that's the reason why builder is asking Leagal charge amount ! Its calcluation Might be smoething like this Rs. 7-8k for lawyer and remaing for Witeness and their executive(s) presense at Registrar office during registration process.
