Re: [Mahagunpuram] Possession before completion *

I just called Megha Tyagi to inquire about the CC (completion certificate), initially she pretended as if they have CC for Mahagunpuram but when I requested to get the copy of it, she said Mahagun does not have CC for Mahagunpuram project yet. I (along with my two colleagues) am planning to write an application to Mahagun officials to provide us the the copy of CC. We also went through the U.P. urban developement act and it clearly says that it is illeagl to have possession of a project without having the CC. Thanks, Sunil
