[Mahagunpuram] Re: Details about Mahagunpuram

Hi Rohit,
Thanks for such detailed observation.

I am owning a 1300 sq ft flat and appreciate if you could also please highlight/clarify on below points.
- Final Maintenance (per month) amount INR 1610. (1.2 x 1300 + 50 as 1 KVA fixed power backup charge)
- Can you switch off the power backup manually in case some one do not want to use it.
- Lifts were said to be 12 people and 20 people capacity. Any update as why it has been reduced to 8 Pax.
