I think we should not make any delay from our side for any legalities. Ultimatly we are the person who is going to own this property. Once registry formalities are done we can plan to move in flats ASAP. Mahagunpuram site Development is quite satisfatory now, I visited development site two days back.
I heard buildr is planning to go for flat registry after "Sraadh", I think 13 and 15th Oct 2012.
It looks, Within a month time most of the basic aminities may be in-place. if we see registry formalities timing,it is also going to take atleast a month time...So let's finish all formalities from our end and approach builder to provide the flat Key(s) for pooja and other living formalities.
