I visited Mahagunpuram today and the central park and open spaces are a little disappointing and so is the swimming pool size which seems very small.
The shopping arcade and the club seem to be coming up nicely.
The biggest disappointment is the speed of the lifts which seems very very poor and if the speed will rmeain the same, we can expect a lot of problems. I am not sure if the lifts are in testing right now and that's why such slow speed but any comments are welcome.
I checked the Vinayak lifts.
The place will surely take another 2 months at least before a semblence of livability can be established here.
