Yes I agree it is very low and I have made my client very clear that below 8 k it is very difficult to get flat but tenant insisted that theit budget is not more than 6to 6.5 k evven she can live on18xth floor also.

Mr.Kara and Mr.Manish,,the rent of flat in any new society is decided by the facilaties provide by the buider.now in case of Mahagunpuram right now and in coming 3 months shop will not be operational.so the residents of this soceity will have to depend on surroundings etc.now the people living in crossings 2bhk are paying 8k+mainatanance their size is also bigger ie between 1100to 1250sqft.now the people from there will only move for rentals if there will be differance of at least 2K to 3K including their mainatanance charges.if there wiill be differance of only 1-1.5K.then no one will leave crossings to move further 5kms ahead.I agree that our rent will increase sharply but that depends on the facilities and maintanance provide by the builder.
