[Mahagunpuram] Re: service tax charges on car parking

Dear Members,

As per Supreme Court ruling in 2010, "parking area can NOT be sold". so there is not question of asking service tax for the same.

I've booked my flat well before the verdict came in and I'm planning to talk to them for refund of the same.
