myself bhupender sharma owner of bhagirathi flat no 842 wants to state that today i received a call fm a sbi bank employee who was ready to take a 900sq flat in mahagunpuram at the price of rs 8k exclusive all charge ie all charges like society maintenance charge and bill of water, electricity will be paid by him.
so i request u all respected members of mahagunpuram society that this society is no less than crossing or any other, hence we will fix a rent rate of min rs 8k for 900 sq ft. and not get easily convinced by brokers to reduce rents.
