myself bhupender sharma owner of bhagirathi flat no 842 wants to state that today i received a call fm a sbi bank employee who was ready to take a 900sq flat in mahagunpuram at the price of rs 8k exclusive all charge ie all charges like society maintenance charge and bill of water, electricity will be paid by him.so i request u all respected members of mahagunpuram society that this society is no less than crossing or any other, hence we will fix a rent rate of min rs 8k for 900 sq ft. and not get easily convinced by brokers to reduce rents.thanking u all and remarks all welcomed.bhupender sharma
