I fully endorse your suggestion regarding evolving consensus about rental value of flats of  900 to 1300 sq ft.

 However going by your suggestion, the rental value for 1300 sq ft works out to Rs 12000 and not 10000 as mentioned by you. Let us be fair to all.

Hello dear friends

As u all know that number of people start living in Mahagunpuram but there are many who want to rent out their flats. We should try to make a consensus on minimum rent to get better perks.I suggest it should be Min 8k for 900sq ft, 9k for 100sq ft and 10k for 1300sq ft with all exclusive. If anyone has better suggestion/ option please share with others. it will be helpful to all of us.
