[Mahagunpuram] How Much Registry Charge Need to Pay

Hi

My wife and myself are the co-owner of our flat. Can anybody have idea that how much we need to pay as Registry Charges? As per Possession Letter it is Rs 10,100 per person, whereas as per Mahagun spoke person, it is Rs 10,100 per Flat.
