ISSUES : MEETING AT MAHAGUN PURAM CLUB, MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24 ON 24TH FEBRUARY, 2013.
As I will not be there in the meeting of 24th February, 2013 (Sunday) in Mahagun Puram Club (Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad), I request that you all should also discuss and take action regarding the following issues, in addition to issues you all aready know, for the benefits of the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 :-
(a) COMPLETION CERTIFICATE / NECESSARY APPROVAL : An attested copy of the Completion Certificate / Necessary Approval (for handing over of Flats by Mahagun to the residents at Mahagun Puram, NH-24) received by Mahagun from the Competent Authority for the Flats at Mahagun Puram, NH-24 should be requested again from Mahagun.
(b) APPROVED / UNAPPROVED AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES : Clarifications from Mahagun should also be requested that whether without an attested copy of the Completion Certificate, our Flats at Mahagun Puram, NH-24 will remain UNAPPROVED or APPROVED. Whether it is also a fact that the basic amenities [like Electricity (Cheap Electricity) Connection, Drinking Water Connection (Ganga Water/Filter Water), Sanitation, Municipal Services, etc.] will be provided by various Competent Authorities OR NOT (without an attested copy of the Completion Certificate / Necessary Approval).
(c) CIRCLE RATE : If any discrepancy is there, then that discrepancy should be taken up with Mahagun.
(d) PIPED NATURAL GAS (PNG) : IGL (through Mahagun) should be requested to make provision for PNG in the Flats at Mahagunpuram, NH-24 as the basic infrastructure is already there nearby. It will benefit us all.
(e) BOUNDARY WALL : The boundary wall around Mahagun Puram Phase I is very low in height. The height of the boundary wall must be increased (after increasing the height of the boundary wall, barbed wires should also be installed) for the safety of residents of Mahagun Puram Phase I. It will also benefit the residents of Mahagun Puram Phase II in future.
(f) USE OF LIFTS : At Vinayak Block (Tower), the lifts are marked as `Service Lift' and `Only Resident'. It seems that for the time being, the `Service Lifts' are meant for workers (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc) of contractors doing finishing touches/repairs of the flats at Mahagun Puram, but, it is seen that the workers of contractors at Mahagun Puram are using freely the lifts meant for `Only Residents'. Later on, both lifts should be for `Only Residents'. The workers of contractors for the time being should only use the lifts marked as `Service Lifts'. What are your views?
