Please find below details of Charges to be paid at the time of possession applicable to all i.e 900 / 1100 /1300 sqft
1) Meter Charges: 12500 + Service Tax = 14045
2) Legal Charges: 12000 + Service Tax = 13483
3) 24 Months deposit @ 1.2 i.e sqft X 1.2 X 24 = 25920 / 31680 / 37440
4) Sink Fund @ 10 per sqft = 9000 / 11000 / 13000
5) Advance Common Charges = 20000
6) Registry Charges : 10100
7) Stamp Duty: As per Mahagun Calculation for male
7% of {Cost at Circle Rate (sqmtr X 21500) + Parking + EDC/EEC/FFC + Legal charges + Meter charges } Stamp Duty will 7% of purchase price in case of new purchases so costly by another 50K approx.
