However, as per my understanding real rates would shoot up when there would be a BIG SHOPPING MALL there. Failed to understand, there are many colleges (Eng, MBA and Medical) but all are coming to Shipra Mall, Indirapuram.  Remember, Due to shipra mall Indirapuram gained a lot of appreciation. So MAHAGUN, ANSAL and GOLFLINK should think over it. Shopping complex in between society can not replace any MALL on NH 24. We all need malls like Shipra mall or Mahagun Metro Mall.
