[Mahagunpuram] Re: Registry done

As I can remember now I am proving calculation.Exact I will confirm once I will see papers again

In Stamp duty calculatinn , basically below components is taken -

1. Basic Rate including PLC if any
2. Car Parking if any
3. EDC
4. Legal charges

Here No. 1 component , cost is calculate two ways.One is that you have pay to MAHAGUN and second is like below
(12500*your flat size in sq meter) + (9500*your flat size in meter)

So in both ways , which is is high that is considered as 1st component

and after totaling of all 4 components , 7% is the cost of Stamp duty.
