Phase 2 Guys ,

So today I along with Deepak,Ankit,Rahul and Daya had discussion with Mr Sachin and Nidhi at Mahagun premise. Following is the Q&A for the same.

1) Reason why construction is stopped at phase -2 : Mahagun applied for additional FAR (may be 24 floor) which is pending with GDA and no construction is allowed until this is cleared. (Same case was cited for Mascot building by Mr sachin)

2) When is expected date for construction to start : Mr Sachin gave assurance that booking and full scale construction will start by March 1st week and they expect to get approval by Feb end. (Booking might  start with 3200 all inclusive but tentative)

3) Expected completion date : At least a year delay so expect possession it by 2015.

4)  Construction update till now : There is one common foundation laid for nearly 2 and 1/2 buildings (Narmada/Kaveri/..) and one building out of them has 2 floors done. (still I am not sure which building is named what).

5) When I asked about plan -B in case approval is not obtained by authority , there was no clear response. Although it shouldn't be needed but if it is we should know beforehand so further discussion is needed for this area.
