Post last Sunday our detailed discussion with Mahagun Maintenance Team with Mr D, Mittel and Mr Ravi chand..we had issued below concerns of residents to Them..
We should strongly follow and ask Mahagun GM Mr SD SHARMA to visit society and see the progress as there are Big flaws can lead to our little kids in danger as 4 corners in park are open with appox 14 feet depth..Kids may get trap into..
We all together should chase for security key concerns unlike other builders Mahagun management is insensitive to our concerns..its time to strong chase before something unpleasant happen with anybody of us..
I hope all agree and will chase at a common plateform below agreed and raised concerns..

Sir,
On behalf of Mahagunpuram members I would like to bring some major issues in your notice. We more than 50 members have moved in flats. You have provided us 'offer of possession' which meant that you have completed all works done in flats and now it is ready to move-in condition. But this is a little far from reality. Currently we all are facing lots of issues which are related to quality of construction, security and ongoing development in the premise. We are providing some major and important issues listed below which need to be resolved as soon as possible.
1. National Highway connectivity to and fro the society main entrance.
2. Security at the main entrance and other designated points are not satisfactory.
a. Proper check-ins and check-outs at the main entrance.
b. Non-alcoholic security personnel should be appointed.
3. IGL gas pipe line connection is not in place.
4. Quality of work and building materials are found faulty e.g.,
a. Bathroom's floor tiles slope is draining the water outside the bathrooms and damaging the doors and wooden frames of the bathroom.
b. Floor tiles of the living room and the bedrooms are found broken.
c. Seepage problem is another major problem found with your construction.
5. Lifts of every tower must be clean and fully operational for the residents and sensors in the lifts must be functional.
a. OPI certificate is not found in the lifts.
b. Speed of lift is very slow.
6. Paved area (for ground floor) should be safe against harmful objects and spitting in and around the premise must be stopped immediately.
7. Parking space in front of paved area is not allowed as per law.
8. Intercom facility must be put in place.
9. Letter boxes for every flat are not provided.
10. Vacant or unoccupied flats should be locked properly (doors and windows).
11. Water logging at roofs and all floors should be removed.
12. Dustbins should be placed at every floor and floor cleaning are not being done regularly.
13. Drainage at common area is not available.
14. Covered parking need to be cleaned and functional.

Yes I agree we should presurise maintainance departmert to deploy at least one liftman in each passenger lift to avoid inconvenience to residents.Rajeev.
FOR THE TIME BEING, THE WORKERS CAN ONLY USE THE 'SERVICE LIFTS'. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MOVE FREELY IN THE LIFTS MEANT FOR 'ONLY RESIDENTS' WHICH THEY ARE DOING PRESENTLY.
