FOR THE TIME BEING, THE WORKERS CAN ONLY USE THE 'SERVICE LIFTS'. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MOVE FREELY IN THE LIFTS MEANT FOR 'ONLY RESIDENTS' WHICH THEY ARE DOING PRESENTLY.
