My relative in Crossings is taking 15 K for fully furnished 3 BHK house therefore rent should be in such a way it could attract tennants to come. I know few families in Puram who are paying 10 K for unfurnished 3 BHK. After price revision and having the facility of shopping arcade inside rent should be fixed on a mutual consent of the owners. My idea is 13 K. My flat is still waiting for someone....which simply means people is not yet attracted to live there. Hope everything becomes OK in couple of months.
