I got the same inputs when I talked with I guess Nidhi over the phone .. some HC case is pending for phase 2 and if it doesn't get sorted out by March they will take some action .. don't know what they mean by that action may be cancellation booking or shifting to other project ...

Phase 2 guys should start intense follow up and  watch this issue closely ...

Today i visited Mahagun office in Noida to pay service tax demand. I enquired about the progress on Phase-2 ( although i had visited site and don't see any progress). Mahagun's executive Mamta told that...they have not received various approval from authorities and she was very hesitant to provide more information. She said by the end of March, they will decide upon action plan...it may include shifting of Units i.e. offering something else to buyers...the way they have done in Mywoods
