In our meeting it was decided that residents of society should get token for bike till matter of Bike parking is resolved but Mr jain did not agree and issued as notice . we are deciding something in meeting and mr. jain Adn Mittal doing something else to politisize the matter. Please resolve the matter of Bike Parking .They are politicizing the matter.

Dear Estate Managers + Mr. Anil Jain, In addition to beloCan you P L E A S E do something about the Lift in Vinayak Tower? 1. You have unnecessarily put Plywood structure inside the lift - this becomes very suffocating and people visiting us are Laughing at this arrangement 2. Every day one or the lift is under maintenance - and there is NO control to make one of the lifts for residents. This inspite of my plea to you and your agreement. No Improvement 3. The Alarm button is not functioning in the small lift Fed up of fighting for basic necessities.

On 17th Feb we have emailed you a list of issues which need to be resolved on priority. In Last two meeting we were expecting representation from Mahagun Real Estate Pvt Ltd.But we are disappointed with the attitude shown by Mahagun Real Estate Pvt Ltd We have some major issues which need to be resoled on highest priority like - Audit Review By S D Sharma - Gun Men Security in Society - SOP for security - Intercom Installation ASAP - CCTV Installation - OPI Certificate in Lift - Electric Wire Fencing on boundary wall - Speed Breaker at every corner point inside society
