I talked to the person who booked my flat and he said even they were not aware that time about this. This is really cheap. I'll talk to them tomorrow but my faith on Mahagun has gone to utmost lowest level. I was very happy when I bought this flat since it's on ground floor but now seeing their cheap tricks I'm literally thinking to sell-off this flat. I can't see this happening every day and out. Let me tell some other cheap tricks they have adopted:

01. They made back date offer of possession letters and using that they kept one months penalty. How cheap!
02. I have a ground floor and as per their floor layout the registered land on my name has been illegally occupied by them for the fire-fighting equipment. I don't what to do. I'm repeatedly following up on this and I haven't got any resolution.
03. Nobody picks up the phone even after my repeated attempts.
04. I was asked to pay the Meter fixed charges for 15 days even though the flat handover was done much late.
05. Possession head of Mahagunpuram very daringly said they are charging the maintenance from 1st Jan even though I got the flat handover on 15th Feb.

With the kind of above things, I seriously suggest people to not go for this builder. Anyone can talk to me if they want to know more similar stories about this builder.

Please let me know if more people are ready to fight against this builder.
