This is common for cheap builders to charge for every damn thing. As far as I remember I asked for 2 wheeler parking with car parking however I was clearly told that same is not required and now this act. I don't think anything can be done on same. Suggest no car parking owner should purchase 2 wheeler parking now and use visitor tags only. Only final solution is to form RWA at the earliest to kick the builder and maintenance agency Regards Rajesh On 8 Mar 2013 19:13, "dhirendra" < ankur_dhiru@yahoo.com> wrote: Hello Everyone,
Thought to bring this issue here. This Monday I went to the maintenance office asking for stickers for my 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler and got shunned to know that I'll have to purchase a 2-wheeler parking as well. The problem is I was never told about this thing that 2-wheeler parking is to be purchased separately with a 4-wheeler parking (I have a covered parking). It is really bad to hear responses from the builder like now the parking rates are 25,000+taxes while it was 15,000+taxes at the time of buying. Had they told us this thing we would have definitely purchased the 2-wheeler parking. They are not even ready to sell the same at the older rates as well. None of the builders in Noida or any other place ask for a separate 2 wheeler parking when the owner has purchased a 4-wheeler parking. Also, many builders(Gaur, JP, Amrapali) etc in Noida provide free 2-wheeler parking so why are we being treated differently, I mean just for the sake of money. I have few old vehicles which would not even sell at more than 15,000 but I'll have to buy a parking for 25K+taxes.
I'm not sure how many of you already know this thing but wanted to know your thoughts and any way to get a resolution on this.
Thanks, Dhirendra
