This is common for cheap builders to charge for every damn thing. As far as I remember I asked for 2 wheeler parking with car parking however I was clearly told that same is not required and now this act.
I don't think anything can be done on same. Suggest no car parking owner should purchase 2 wheeler parking now and use visitor tags only. I have few old vehicles which would not even sell at more than 15,000 but I'll have to buy a parking for 25K+taxes.
I'm not sure how many of you already know this thing but wanted to know your thoughts and any way to get a resolution on this.
