Experience of life can't be matched with books or internet, I do belong to the same age group mentioned by Mr. Isaac but don't agree that lower average age of buyers have any relations with transfer for responsibilities automatically without any self-initiative.
In the same IT industry average age of employees would be 25-28 years but management skills do need some more experience, capacities, owing responsibilities.

When the average age of owners is 32 (thanks to IT industry), how come we have representatives (of our meetings) who are in their 40+, 50+ age? or is this representation thing just a preparatory work to secure a position in the ensuing RWA? if their only claim to wisdom and experience is age, then, how come they chose to book a flat in a society which has, expressly, not provided for a playground and are running from pillar to post, raising hell over lifts and speed-breakers?
