2) Is there play group school in the society or nearby locality.?
 
3) which is the nearest place for buying the groceries ,day to day houseold item ?
 
4) What is current status of electricity back-up and water supply in the blocks ?
 
5) What is the current rent for the 2 BHK & 3 BHK flats in the society ? (friend also want to shift in Mahagunpuram)

Dont worry. Mgun provides support for which they are charging too. Go with PAN card and 10200 to the designated place.
