I, once again, requested for sanctioning of DTC Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Back along NH-24 Corridor through the following e-mail request dated 27th April, 2013 to the concerned Officers of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) [you all are also requested to send e-mails to the concerned Officers of DTC for sanctioning of this Bus Route as it will help in speedy approval] :-

REQUEST FOR DTC BUS ROUTE FROM SHIVAJI STADIUM, CONNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI/NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION TO MEHRAULI RAILWAY STATION, NH-24, GHAZIABAD (UTTAR PRADESH) AND BACK.
1. Kindly refer to my e-mail requests dated 8th, 10th, 15th and 21st April, 2013 and your reply dated 27th April, 2013 on the above subject as under :-
"In this connection, it is to inform you that the proposed via of the above route has not compromised between the DTC & U.P. Roadways. It is not possible to start the route as per proposed via. The commuters can avail the city services of existing routes by changing the bus to reach their destination as per convenient".
2. In the past many years, scores of major Housing Projects have been completed along NH-24 corridor starting from UP Gate, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Millions and millions of residents have also started residing in these housing projects. Some of the Areas are "Indirapuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Sector 62 and 63, NOIDA along NH-24; Siddhartha Vihar Yojana, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Crossing Republic, NH-24, Ghaziabad; ABES Engineering College, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24, Ghaziabad; Ashiana's `Golf Link', NH-24, Ghaziabad; Mahagun's `Mahagun Puram, NH-24', Ghaziabad; Ansal's `Tanushree, NH-24', Ghaziabad; ongoing Wave City, NH-24 (4500 acres project), Ghaziabad etc.
4. To overcome the transport needs of millions and millions of residents along NH-24 Corridor, you are requested to start negotiations afresh between DTC and U.P. Roadways to the proposed DTC Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, New Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Back along NH-24 (so that this route could also be compromised between the DTC & U.P. Roadways) which will benefit millions and millions of residents along NH-24 (DTC will also be benefited in revenue terms) for which millions and millions of residents would be highly obliged to you.
5. In view of the above, you are, once again, requested to start negotiations afresh between DTC and U.P. Roadways for the proposed DTC Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad and Back so that this route could also be compromised between DTC & U.P. Roadways. By sanctioning this route, you will help millions and millions of residents along NH-24 Corridor for which they all would be highly obliged to you.

To overcome the transport needs of lakhs and lakhs of people, it is requested that Bus Route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, New Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh via Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Back may please be started to mitigate the hardships faced by lakhs and lakhs of residents.

One of the suggested Bus Route requested for is from SHIVAJI STADIUM, CONNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI/NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION to Super Bazar, Connaught Place, Delhi to Barakhamba Road Metro Station, Delhi to Mandi House Metro Station, Sikandra Road, Delhi to Tilak Bridge, Sikandara Road, Delhi to Supreme Court, Delhi to ITPO, Mathura Road, Delhi to Pragati Maidan, Bhairon Marg, Delhi to Indraprastha Park, Ring Road, Delhi to Nizamuddin Bridge, Delhi to NOIDA More, Delhi to Mayur Vihar, Delhi to East Vinod Nagar, Delhi to Khichdipur Crossing, Delhi to UP Gate Police Station, NH-24 to Gaur Green City, Indirapuram, NH-24 to Sarojini Naidu Marg, NH-24 to CISF Crossing, Indirapuram, NH-24 to Sector 62, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24 to Sector 63, NOIDA Crossing, NH-24 to Siddhartha Vihar, NH-24 to Vijay Nagar Bypass to, NH-24 to Crossing Republic, NH-24 to ABES Engineering College, NH-24 to Lal Kuan, NH-24 to Columbia Asia Hospital, NH-24 to MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24, MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD TO MEHRAULI RAILWAY STATION, NH-24, GHAZIABAD AND BACK [the total distance would be around thirty five kilometres (35 Kms) and the time for completing this route would be around one hour].
5. It is understood that Busses are already plying from New Delhi Railway Station/Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi for ALT Centre, Kamla Nehru Marg, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh); Faridabad (Haryana), etc. Logistically, there would be no problem for starting another route from Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station to Mehrauli Railway Station, NH-24, Ghaziabad and Back. By sanctioning this route, you will help lakhs and lakhs of people residing along NH-24 Corridor for which we all will be highly obliged to you.
