SUBJECT : REQUEST TO INDRAPRASTHA GAS LIMITED (IGL) FOR SANCTIONING OF DOMESTIC PIPED NATURAL GAS (PNG) CONNECTIONS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MAHAGUN PURAM, NH-24, MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD – 201002 (UTTAR PRADESH).

1. Kindly refer to my requests dated 12th April, 2013; 16th April, 2013; 21st April, 2013; 15th May, 2013; 9th June, 2013; 24th June, 2013; 20th July, 2013; 17th August, 2013; 14th September, 2013; 20th September, 2013 and 22nd September, 2013 through http://www.iglonline.net/Feedback.aspx and customercare.png@igl.co.in on the above subject. I am, once again, requesting for the same.
2. Also refer to YOUR INTERIM REPLY dated 17th June, 2013 received from customercare.png@igl.co.in as under :-
"WE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF YOUR EMAIL AND IT IS FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT".
3. The Phase I of Mahagun Puram Housing Project, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002, Uttar Pradesh is almost complete and residents started residing there. In Phase I of Mahagun Puram, NH-24, there are at present seven Blocks with 984 flats [five Blocks (Riddhi, Viddhi, Vinayak, Bhagirathi and Ganga) of nineteen storeys (8 flats x 95 storeys = 760 flats) and two Blocks (Siddhi and Saraswati) of fourteen storeys (8 flats x 28 storeys = 224 flats)].
4. The Phase II of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 will have three Blocks (Gayatri, Kaveri and Narmada) of nineteen storeys (8 flats x 57 storeys = 456 flats.). In all, the total flats would be 1440. If the FAR will increase like the one of Phase I, then the total flats would be more than 1500 flats in Mahagun Puram, NH-24.
5. There is already provision of domestic PNG connections in one of the adjacent Housing Project [Ansal's Tanushree Housing Project, NH-24, Mehrauli, Near Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh] which is less than 100 metres from Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
6. CRITERIA FOR TECHNICALLY FEASIBLE DOMESTIC PNG CONNECTION : "A technically feasible area / locality / society / building shall have provision to lay MDPE pipelines and its lanes shall have free accessibility for fire tender in case of any emergency".
7. Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh) is adjacent to NH-24 having provision to lay MDPE pipelines and it also has free accessibility for Fire Tender in case of any Emergency.
8. In view of the above, it is requested that necessary instructions may please be given to the concerned to build required infrastructure, such as, laying of MDPE Pipelines and associated Galvanized Iron (GI) pipelines network, along with necessary fittings, pressure regulators and meters at the flats of Mahagun Puram, NH-24 which will benefit thousands of residents for which we all will be highly obliged to you.
9. As per your reply dated 17th June, 2013 at Para 2 above, MY REQUEST HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. I would also like to request you to kindly instruct the concerned department of IGL to further liaise with me and also with the concerned officer of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited who is in charge of Maintenance of Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Ghaziabad, whose details are given below for future correspondence regarding sanctioning of Domestic PNG connections for the residents of Mahagun Puram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad – 201002 (Uttar Pradesh) :-
