our penalty cheque starts from Apr 2014 onwards as per agreement penalty starts six months after scheduled possession date. also last time mahagun people used to give penalty cheque quarterly after completion of that quarter. e.g. penalty cheque of jan, feb & mar was released by last april. they are very clever so dont expect penalty so easily.
