The tentative possession date given was September 2013. So we should be receiving penalty cheques w.e.f. October 2013. Lets go together to the office one day and talk about it.

Hi Nand Kishore Ji & Uttam .I got my penelty cheque for the month of October.In My Aggreement the pocession date is march 2013 and the 6 month is grace period after that company has to pay Rs5 per Sq/Ft.

And I got the cheque of Rs 5225.If Ur date are same as me.Please contact the Customer care department of mahagun.But,before contacting mahagun i advice you to see your aggreement and the the date of pocession..!!
