Similar thing happened with me this Sunday. I kept my car in my allotted covered parking and when I checked it on Monday I found one of my wiper broken. I complaint it to the guard who was sitting nearby but unfortunately he was not aware of anyone doing that. I felt bad looking at such a thing happening in our society.
I think we should keep a tab of such things happening around.
