Hello,
In the meeting of owner-residents of Bhagirathi tower conducted on
December 22, 2013 between 7-8 pm, the following issues were discussed
which demands immediate attention on the part of Mahagun's
management:Frequent breakdown of lifts installed in Bhagirathi tower.
Lifts getting stuck, all too frequently.Malfunctioning of the lift's
sensors.Painting of the interiors of the lifts and regular/frequent
cleaning and maintenance of the lifts.Repair of broken display panels
installed outside lifts.Painting of Corridors, lobby, iron railings and
fire fighting pipe line.Removal of loose
electric cables hanging in corridors.Installation of an outlet, on
every floor, to dispose/discard waste water/rain water and the water
used by housekeeping staff for the floor cleaning purpose.Repair of
fire fighting alarm display panel/system.Installation of dustbins on
every floor.Seepage and dampness is a persistent issue with every flat
being a victim of the same.Also, please find attached the list of
attendees to the meeting called on December 22, 2013.
Please revert back with steps taken to address the above specified
issues and for any clarifications.
