Mr. R. P. Singh, thanks for your positive feedback. I am going one tower at a time but would soon incorporate other towers.

I am just acting as a coordinator to bring flat owners on a common platform so that their voices, concern, issues, and dissent would be heard by both AOA as well as Mahagun. As has been the experience of many flat owners that their single voice has always been suppressed or ignored in the meetings. Thus, a show of strength makes Mahagun, CSK and AOA ACCOUNTABLE to us.

Regarding the security guards, i have a plan of action. Will talk to the security supervisor regarding the same.

I had saw a notice regarding vehicle parking.

If the person already had a car parking. and he has two wheeler as well. what he has to do.

This is sever matter as I had talk to some of AOA members they said the person had to take two wheeler parking too. 

I don't agree with it. Respected AOA members what is your opinion.

LIKE HE HAS KEPT REGISTER FOR COMPLAIN AT BHAGIRATHI GOOD. THIS HAD TO BE FOLLOWED IN OTHER TOWERS TOO. 

AS A RESIDENT OF MAHAGUNPURAM I STRONG OPPOSE YOUR SUGGESTION FOR TAKING TWO WHEELER PARKING IF I HAD A CAR PARKING.

WE HAD GOT SUCH A POOR CONSTRUCTION AND LACK OF BASIC AMENITIES. INSTEAD OF PAYING ANY MORE PLS KEPT THE FUNDS FOR FUTURE MAINTENANCE FOR THE BUILDING AND SOCIETY.

THIS DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF SECURITY AND SAFETY.

DEAR ALL RESIDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE THEIR OPINION. 

One incident i wold like to share  -  I was going at 5.00 a.m to leave my daughter to tution at that time whole of the security person posted at the main gate was was sleeping.  

I AM COMPLAINING SINCE LAST ONE WEEK FOR LEAKAGE PROBLEM IN MY FLAT NO. 120 SIDDHI BUT NO ONE LISTEN.  YESTERDAY WHEN I PERSONALLY VISITED THE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER CAME. THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO LADIES AS WELL. WHAT CSK FACILITY MANAGEMENT IS DOING. 

We  should look forward towards PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATION AND SYSTEMS WHICH I THINK IS THE MAIN PROBLEM.  

I WILL REQUEST ALL THE RESIDENTS TO COME FORWARD FOR THAT.

Despite the threats, on Sunday Jan 05th, between 7.30-8.00, with active participation from female folks, we the resident-owners of Bhagirathi tower were successfully able to hold a second meeting in the lobby/waiting area of Bhagirathi tower.

After the meeting, we, including all the ladies(with babies in their arms), walked up to the club to meet members of AOA with the following requests:

1.    That a notice of every meeting of AOA be displayed on the notice board in each and every tower;

2.    that the minutes of last meeting held be displayed on the notice board in each and every tower;

3.    that we be informed of the status of issues submitted by resident-owners of Bhagirathi tower to AOA in the last held meeting; and

4.   that currently, we do not need any funds to raise our issues with Mahagun, as we all have already paid two-year maintenance. A one-time registration fee of Rs. 1000 is enough as laid down in the bye-laws.

Next Plan of Action:

1.    On Thursday, Jan 9th, I am calling a meeting of students residing in Bhagirathi tower to counsel them and to sensitize them; and

2.    We, the resident-owners of Bhagirathi tower would again be meeting on Saturday, Jan 12 at 8 pm.

Resident-owners and non-resident owners of other towers too are invited to join us as we make our dissent and voices heard in AOA meetings.

We the owner-residents of Bhagirathi tower, Mahagunpuram are in the process of taking the fight against Mahagun and for our due rights to the next level, in a silent, non-violent, using the power of women folk, as well, in a constructive way (rather than using them to level false and malicious accusations). No agitation is complete or will succeed without the active participation of women folk and youths.

This will be the main agenda of our next meeting scheduled for Sunday, January 5, 2013 between 7-8 pm, in the reception area (Ground floor) of Bhagirathi Tower.
