Wherever you may be, don't accept gas cylinder until you have measured the weight which should be approx 30 kg.

One of my client is a Mandatory gas Inspector with Prankur Gas Agency. They had informed me that from every cylinder delivered, 4-5 kg gas is siphoned off/stolen on the way itself. One kg LPG gas is sold in the market @Rs. 110/kg.

Today, when the Prankur gas agency guy came to deliver the cylinder, i got it measured, the meter read approx. 26 kg. I got the cylinder changed. I let the guy go with a reprimand and a warning that this should not happen in this society.

Call me on 09811681759 and i'll bring the Mandatory Gas inspectors along. They stay in Mahagunpuram itself.
