REQUEST FOR FINAL MEETING FROM SHRI NAHAR SINGH (MOBILE NUMBER : 9717792980) OF INDRAPRASTHA GAS LIMITED (IGL), NEW DELHI FOR LAYING OF IGL'S PNG PIPELINES NETWORK AT MAHAGUNPURAM PHASE I, NH-24, MEHRAULI, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH.
Dear Executive Members of MP-AOA,
Today, Shri Nahar Singh (Mobile Number : 9717792980) of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), New Delhi has spoken with me and requested me for a Final Meeting for laying of IGL's PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with Executive Members of MP-AOA (MahagunPuram Apartment Owners Association, Mahagunpuram, NH 24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad) and concerned Officer & Architect of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (Builder) alongwith all Drawings of Buildings (Towers), etc of Mahagunpuram Phase I Project, NH-24, Ghaziabad.
Concerned Officer & Architect of Mahagun (Builder) should bring Drawings of Buildings (Towers, etc) of Mahagunpuram Phase I Project as IGL will require them for mapping the positions of laying of PNG Pipelines.
Shri Nahar Singh of IGL also informed me that concerned Officers of Mahagun (Builder) are in constant touch with the Officers of IGL for laying of IGL's PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad after carrying out few modifications in and around Society Complex of Mahagunpuram Phase II. When concerned officers of Mahagun can do this for Mahagunpuram Phase II, then they should also do it for Mahagunpuram Phase I also.
Shri Nahar Singh of IGL is also of the view it is feasible to provide the Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, after carrying out few modifications in and around the Society Complex, but, he needs Drawings of Buildings (Towers, etc) of Mahagunpuram Phase I Project, NH-24, Ghaziabad for mapping the positions of laying of PNG Pipelines.
Shri Nahar Singh of IGL is so generous about the Final Meeting that he told me that he could be told about the meeting with all concerned even one day in advance and he will come there at Mahagunpuram, NH-24 to meet them alongwith his Project Team from R.K. Puram, New Delhi. But, I think we should tell him about the meeting at least three-four days in advance so that everybody should be there for the meeting alongwith the full Drawings of Mahagunpuram Phase I Project.
In view of the above, I would request Shri Surjeet Singh (Mobile Number : 9818771316), General Secretary, MP-AOA, Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Ghaziabad to liaise with Shri Nahar Singh (Mobile Number : 9717792980) of IGL and concerned Officer & Architecht of Mahagun (Builder) alongwith all Drawings of the Mahagunpuram Phase I Project, NH-24 and intimate to Shri Nahar Singh and to the undersigned so that I could also come there at Mahagunpuram, NH-24 for the above Final Meeting for laying of IGL's PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad.
