Same happened to me. Few members came and forced my tenants to vacate the flat by June 16th without any evidence against them. Students are living in fear.

It is learnt that yesterday some people came to my Flat Ganga 453 and asked the tenants to vacate by a certain date, which I think is violation of the rights of flat owners. Society/maintenance people can't intervene in the privacy of tenants and pass such order to the tenant to vacate the flat by a certain date. I STRONGLY PROTEST SUCH INTERVENTION.I am living in Delhi in a DDA flat since long and there are lots of tenants who are bachelors/students. No RWA federation/society member have ever objected. It is the sole prerogative of the flat owners to rent out the flat.
Society members can only intervene when they found such bachelors/students tenants involved in any mischievous and because of that peace and tranquility of the society is at stake.I once again strongly protest the activity of last night of the society members.With regards.SHRIDHAR PATHAK
