Actually what is happening. One person had taken the flat on rent and 5-6 persons are living with him.
second some flats are rented out but no rent agreement had been submitted at CSK (Maintenance Agency). AOA is just identifying and taken the precautionary measure. So need not to get upset. If the family does not have rent agreement then pls. furnish that to CSK .

It is learnt that yesterday some people came to my Flat Ganga 453 and asked the tenants to vacate by a certain date, which I think is violation of the rights of flat owners. Society/maintenance people can't intervene in the privacy of tenants and pass such order to the tenant to vacate the flat by a certain date.
