Re: Re: [Mahagunpuram] STUDENT TENANTS.

Dear investors..
Reputation of society is going down due to regular police visits.. That's why good families may not prefer to take flat on rent in MP..
It is very easy to suggest solutions when staying away..
But far difficult to face such issues evey day..

You are worried money but residents for families...

You wan residents should record their voice for proof when the suddenly abuse when women are around.. In lift..around the park..
Or when you hear bad word in the corridor..
. ..
Or we should request them to repeat so that it can be recorded...

It funny..

Even I endorse following points.

Why they are denying entry of students in premise. Landlord has invested hard earned money and paying EMI on the loan which simply means double burden if nothing is coming out from the property.

I am not saying that even the troublesome person has the right to stay there. There should be strong protocol for both students as well as landlords. Strong action must be taken against those who are indulged in unsocial activities. We can not consider any society without students. Evidences in terms of video, auto, photo etc. must be there to prove the guilt of students. Other students should not bear the punishment because of others. I request RWA to take the opinion of all the landlords (mail, phone etc) and release the norms for all based on the opinions. Throwing all the students out simply means autocracy.

Lets have strong rule and punishment. If anyone of use violates these norms then RWA has the tight to take action based on the opinions taken from all. Remedy should be approach. Please issue the protocols and publish the same. Take the undertaking from the landlords. If their tenants are found indulged in unsocial act then strong action must be taken irrespective of gender or sex.

Suppose any relatives (brother, sister, son, daughter etc.) of landlords are students and they are also found in the same act which so call  tenant students are doing, what will be the reaction of RWA. Does RWA have the right to throw that student who is relative of landlord?

In my opinion, solution is best option rather than throwing them off the campus. Lets all come together to solve this issue.

Good Day,

Regards
Bharat
