Kindly refer to my requests dated 12th April, 2013; 16th April, 2013; 21st April, 2013; 15th May, 2013; 9th June, 2013; 24th June, 2013; 20th July, 2013; 17th August, 2013; 14th September, 2013; 20th September, 2013; 22nd September, 2013; 28th September, 2013; 5th October, 2013; 12th October, 2013; 19th October, 2013; 27th October, 2013; SPEED POST Letter dated 7th November, 2013; 17th November, 2013; 1st December, 2013; 19th January, 2014; 6th March, 2014; 12th March, 2014; 23rd March, 2014; 29th March, 2014; 13th April, 2014; 26th April, 2014; 10th May, 2014; 18th May, 2014; SPEED POST Letter dated 19th May, 2014; 21st May, 2014 and 26th May, 2014 regarding sanctioning of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
2. In addition to above, kindly also refer to IGL's replies dated 3rd February, 2014 and 13th March, 2014 regarding supplying of Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Many thanks for sending the Officers of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) on 25th March, 2014 for conducting the Technical Feasibility Survey of the Project (Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Ghaziabad), once again, for supplying Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Ghaziabad. All the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH–24, Ghaziabad are highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.
4. It is understood that, after conducting the technical feasibility survey, the officers of IGL were of the view that it is feasible to provide the Domestic PNG connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad, after carrying out few modifications in and around the Society Complex.
5. As directed by you, MP-AOA (Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association, Mahagunpuram, NH 24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh) Team had visited the Office of IGL at Sector 24, NOIDA, G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh on 10th June, 2014 at 1430 hours (2.30 P.M.) and handed over the required Drawings of Mahagunpuram Phase I to the Officers of IGL.
6. In view of the above, I, once again, request you to kindly instruct the concerned to also start the work for laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad as the work for laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad is under way/implementation stage. Similarly, Final Plan of Action may please be liaised with Shri Surjeet Singh (Mobile Number : 9818771316; E-mail ID : surjeet_cavs@yahoo.co.uk), General Secretary, Mahagunpuram Apartment Owners Association [MP-AOA], Mahagunpuram, NH 24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited (Builder) so that further delay could not happen with regard to laying of Domestic PNG Pipelines Network at Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad as well.

It is also understood that the concerned Officials of Mahagun Real Estate Private Limited are already liaising with the Officials of IGL for carrying out the few modifications, as suggested by the Officials of IGL, in and around the Society Complex of Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad for providing Domestic PNG Connections to the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase II, NH-24, Ghaziabad. I request that they should also liaise for the same for the residents of Mahagunpuram Phase I, NH-24, Ghaziabad as well, for which we all would be highly obliged.
