CSK maint agaency always have and excuses . we had to get unite to fight for our welfare. We should get to AOA for solutions.

Now we have what has been missing till now. Auto parts being stolen. Today I went for my bike and found that someone has unlocked and stolen the mirror from my bike. Same is discussed with maintenance but no resolution. Security guard statement to maintenance (Upendra ji) " sir guard badhao ek se kitna kaam hoga". Now what is next. This is second time once someone started to open but somehow they did not able to do it and I got is fixed but this time they were successful. A long time back petrol was stolen from bike.
How should I resolve this issue.
