I agree, it should not happen they should have contacted Landlord instead of tenants.I will request you to talk to Mahagunpuram AOA. But i will also like to draw to your attention the menace students have made in society, lift buttons are broken, they are loud and make nuisance, which has to be addressed and we all can do it. i believe there should be meeting arranged for this urgently.

second some flats are rented out but no rent agreement had been submitted at CSK (Maintenance Agency). AOA is just identifying and taken the precautionary measure. So need not to get upset. If the family does not have rent agreement then pls. furnish that to CSK .
