Just few minutes back, I had some fight with CSK Ajit Yadav who abused me and threatened me over the phone. He came with a notice of 8 days' to vacate the flat. My tenant who is my close relative asked him to talk to me. He refused but on several requests he agreed to talk to me and threatened me for some bad results. He lost his temper and started abusing me. He told me that ' main tumhe dekh lunga. Tumhare jaise bahut sare log uske aage pichhe rahte hain.' Upon asking his name he didnt agree but told ' bol de use kee mera nam Ajit yadav hai'.
This is my flat and I have the right to decide. RWA should come with solution rather than throwing students outside the premise.
I would like to know what will be RWA' s reaction if flat owner or his any family member who is bachelor is found guilty of any so called unsocial acts.
I am thinking for a legal notice against Ajit Yadav who abused and threatened me. Please suggest me what to do next.
